As a Bread of Life Community Church, we actively live our faith through community evangelism, reaching out beyond the physical confines of our church. Inspired to embody the call to ‘go and make disciples of all nations’ (Matthew 28:19), we are dedicated to sharing God’s message of love and hope across the streets of Colchester, Clacton-on-Sea and beyond.
Colchester Essex Evangelism: Every Wednesday
Every Wednesday, our team set out for Evangelism in Colchester to share the message of salvation in a personal and engaging way. Positioned outside the Old M&S in Colchester, Town Centre from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM. We welcome questions, listen with compassion, and offer clear, practical explanations of the gospel message.
Clacton on Sea Essex Evangelism: Every Thursday
On Thursdays, our focus shifts to Evangelism in Clacton on Sea, where our evangelism efforts continue in a similarly passionate manner. From 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM, we meet at a central location opposite McDonald’s in the town centre. We demonstrate that evangelism is not confined to the walls of a church but should be proclaimed in the streets.
Away Days Evangelism
Our Away Days at Bread of Life Community Church are a special opportunity for us to take the Gospel beyond our local area and into towns across Essex and further afield. Usually held on Saturdays, these days are focused on open-air preaching, one-to-one conversations, and faithfully sharing the message of repentance and salvation through Jesus Christ.
Over time, this has included outreach through Ipswich Evangelism, Harlow Evangelism, Southend-on-Sea Evangelism, Cambridge Evangelism, Norwich Evangelism, Basildon Evangelism, London Evangelism, Sudbury Evangelism, Braintree Evangelism, Chelmsford Evangelism, and Bury St Edmunds Evangelism, each one representing real encounters, conversations, and a continued commitment to reaching the lost.
While our Away Days are a key part of our outreach, community evangelism and fellowship activities take place throughout the week as we seek to be a consistent witness for Christ wherever the Lord sends us.
