CHRISTIAN YOUTH GROUP iN CLACTON-ON-SEA, ESSEX
Youth Ministry in Clacton on Sea, Essex
At Bread of Life Community Church, our Youth Ministry is for young people aged 11–16 who are growing in independence and beginning to ask deeper questions about life, identity and faith.
Why Youth Ministry matters.
We believe that becoming a teenager is not a time to step back from church, but a time to lean in.
The teenage years are a time of change. Identity is developing. Beliefs are questioned. Big questions are asked.
Through clear biblical teaching, open discussion and genuine discipleship, we help young people move from simply hearing about faith to understanding it for themselves.
What to Expect?
What happens at a typical Youth Session in Clacton on Sea?

and encouragement

Time to build genuine friendships

Youth Ministry is about belonging.
We create space where teenagers feel known, valued and supported. Friendships are formed around shared faith and shared values, helping young people stand firm in a world that often pulls in the opposite direction.
What Parents are saying.

“
Tonight I give glory to God for the wonderful work our Sunday School and Youth Ministry are doing to support our children. The teaching is planting seeds of truth that are already bearing fruit in our home.
This week, our son came home with a letter from school explaining he would be learning about the Big Bang. Without hesitation, he said he knew this theory was not true and remembered clearly what he had been taught at youth group just the week before. God’s timing is perfect.
It fills my heart with joy to see how God’s Word is shaping his thinking, giving him confidence to stand firm in his faith even when the world teaches differently. We are so thankful for the leaders who pour into our children each week and pray God continues to bless and protect the minds of our young people.”

Sunday School (Ages 4+)
Children aged four and above can attend Sunday School during the service. If possible, please send us a message before attending so we can make sure we have enough materials and activities prepared, although we always plan more than we need.

CHRISTIAN SUNDAY SCHOOL IN CLACTON ON SEA
Growing in Faith at Every Age
At Bread of Life Community Church, we believe faith grows step by step. From a child’s very first visit to church through to their teenage years, we provide a place where they can learn who God is, understand His Word, and discover how Jesus fits into everyday life.
Our aim is simple: to build strong foundations that last. Through Bible teaching, encouragement and genuine care, we walk alongside families as children grow in understanding and confidence in their faith.
Guided by Proverbs 22:6 — “Train up a child in the way he should go…” — we see every stage of childhood as an opportunity to nurture hearts for Christ.
Parent and Toddler Room (Under 4s)
Children under four have the use of a parent-led Parent and Toddler Room. (Parents must accompany children).
Growing Beyond the Toddler Years
As children grow, so does their understanding. From age four onwards, they move into Sunday School where Bible lessons, activities, and discussion help them explore who God is in deeper ways.
