Brightlingsea Community Centre is easily accessible by public transport. Regular Sunday buses run from Colchester into Brightlingsea, getting you in with time to spare for the 10:30am service. From the Station Road Bus Stop, it’s just a short 4-minute walk (around 0.2 miles) to Brightlingsea Community Centre on Lower Park Road (CO7 0LG).

If you’re travelling by train, the nearest station is Alresford Railway Station, followed by a short bus or taxi journey into Brightlingsea. However you choose to travel, getting here is simple, and we’d love to welcome you.

Absolutely! All families are warmly welcome at Oasis Community Church Brightlingsea. If you could give us a heads up about attending, that would be wonderfully helpful for planning activities and ensuring we have enough supplies for our Messy Church Sunday School lessons – although we always prepare extra!

Children are welcome throughout our worship and testimonies. They remain with their families right until the sermon begins, when children head off to Sunday School for age-appropriate lessons and engaging activities. After the sermon concludes, the children are invited to the front to proudly display and discuss what they’ve learned during their time together.

Sundays at 10:30 AM | About 2 hours, plus Fellowship time at the end of the service.

Expect contemporary worship music, solid bible teaching (20-40 minutes), and genuine community connection. Children of all ages enjoy their own Sunday School during the sermon, then share what they’ve learned with everyone. We wrap up with tea and coffee, conversation, and prayer support available if you need it. Come ready to connect with God and others at your own pace.
